Why buy a wrought iron door from M2 vs ohhh let's say from China??

Over the last couple of years I have seen a steady increase of iron door companies selling wrought iron doors fabricated in China. Many surplus companies are buying doors in bulk, shipping them overseas in huge containers and selling them in our market.  They buy high volumes ( to fill the containers ) at discounted prices and sell them as custom sizes to buyers convinced they are getting a custom fit.

I hear from these overseas companies about once a week in my email, LinkedIn or Facebook account .  They always promise me very low prices with higher profit margins by buying a non customized product.  But it's not in alignment with the values I have for M2.  Look I get calls from consumers quite frequently on these type doors and people looking for our company to clean up the mess of a door that was bought at surplus because it never was designed to have a nice customized fit in your home.  Most don't even have a real threshold.  They just weld a piece of steel on the bottom of the jamb and put a sweep on the door and call it good.  Really??  Is there no wind or rain or 50 degree drops in temperature in China?  Well it does here in North Texas and we build our M2IronDoorsDFW to deal with it!
